- Cooking is by the oil fired AGA, the Philips electric cooker, hob & microwave
- Water supply is from an automatic pump and filter in the burn above the house
- Heating is by the Aga, open fire and wall mounted electric convector heaters.
- Water heating is from the AGA but a back up immersion heater is fitted.
- Smoke alarms are fitted on both stairways. A fire blanket is situated in the kitchen and a dry powder extinguisher is in the back porch. Emergency lighting is installed at the bottom of both stairs near
front and rear doors.
- Car parking is available directly outside the house
