Kinlochspelvie Church has only recently been available to let from Friday to Friday. Also available for Christmas and New Year
Situated at the East end of and overlooking freshwater Loch Uisg it was converted in the late 90's to an individual architect design. Originally built in 1828 to the Thomas Telford plan for 'parliamentary churches' it served as the local and Estate Church until the 1960's, and was then empty until purchased and renovated recently by the present owners
The accommodation:
On the ground floor is open with a large kitchen/dining area which can be closed from the raised sitting area with folding doors The sitting area (up four steps) has ample easy chairs, settee and window seats and has the four large windows looking over the loch. There is a double bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower.
Upstairs an open landing overlooks the sitting area and leads to a double bedroom, a bunk bedded room with four full size bunk beds, bathroom, and siitting room with bed settee.
